The First Unusal Day of Term 2 in K8!

My goodness, I sure did miss not seeing all my beautiful children today, as they bounced into the classroom with smiles and cheerful 'good mornings', but how amazing it has been to receive all the photos and emails as we all worked through day 1 of online learning!!  I am so proud of all your hard work, your amazing letters, book reviews and amazing maths achievements!!  Thank you for embracing our new way of learning and to all my families for the support and time spent with your children.

K10 All Dressed Up In Character For Book Character Day

Wow, I was so impressed when all the children entered our space on Friday morning all dressed up in character for Book Character Day and they had also remembered their book too. Families had certainly gone to a lot of trouble making and organising costumes so that their child had a special day at school. Congratulations to Gracie and Sammie who were our home base finalists. Sammie then went to win the overall costume for middle school and received a couple of books to read at home.

Wow! What a super start to Term 2 learning from home. I have absolutely loved getting all your emails with photos, messages and documents of work. I am so proud of you all as your work really shows me you have put in heaps of effort today. I hope you have enjoyed your first day of learning and are looking forward to tomorrow's activities.
