Aquagym

What a busy second week in Kererū 8!!  We are really enjoying our Aquagym lessons and I am really impressed with how the children are progressing in such a short amount of time!!  It's tiring work though!!  Have a look at those sleepy faces on our bus rides home at 11.00am!!  We have used our writing books this week too and we are doing lots of learning and sharing about each other and who we are.  They are such delightful children, I am a very lucky teacher!!

Wow! What a super start to Term 2 learning from home. I have absolutely loved getting all your emails with photos, messages and documents of work. K10 All Dressed Up In Character For Book Character Day

Wow, I was so impressed when all the children entered our space on Friday morning all dressed up in character for Book Character Day and they had also remembered their book too. Families had certainly gone to a lot of trouble making and organising costumes so that their child had a special day at school. Congratulations to Gracie and Sammie who were our home base finalists. Sammie then went to win the overall costume for middle school and received a couple of books to read at home.
